EmberLeaf Culinary: Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our online educational services, including interactive cooking classes, personalized recipe coaching, live chef workshops, culinary skill certification programs, and ingredient sourcing guidance (collectively, "our Services"). • Cancellations: Users may cancel their registration for live classes or coaching sessions within a specified period for a full or partial refund, as detailed in the service description. Cancellations made outside of this period may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the full fee.
• EmberLeaf Culinary reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes or workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, affected users will be offered a a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative session.

All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to culinary techniques, recipes, videos, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of EmberLeaf Culinary or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our online platform, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
